Get to Know Attorney 
Kristina Hernandez Tilson

Kristina was raised in Miami, and born to Cuban immigrants. She is a native and fluent Spanish speaker. Kristina attended Deerfield Academy, a boarding school in Massachusetts, the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, and Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. for law school.

A practicing attorney since 2011, she has dedicated her practice to the area of Trust, Estates, and Probate. Prior to starting her own practice, she worked as an Associate at a Trust & Estates firm with offices around Florida. She has litigated numerous cases and has served as an expert witness. Her practice focuses on counseling families and individuals regarding their estate planning goals and helping them protect themselves and their loved ones.

Kristina also served as the Editor of the Florida Bar's Elder Law Newsletter.
